Bulgarian stock indices close mixed, Allterco watches blue chip losers

SOFIA (Bulgaria), Dec. 9 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) indices closed Thursday’s trading session with a mixed bag, exchange data revealed Thursday.

Blue-chip SOFIX fell 0.22% to 620.39 points, dragged down by a 4.20% drop in the share price of Internet of Things (IoT) product developer Allterco [BUL:A4L] and a 0.95% drop in the shares of the diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH].

No less than 8,197 Allterco shares traded at an average price of 22.80 lev on the Sofia Stock Exchange on Thursday, while a total of 51,530 Doverie shares changed hands at an average price of 10. 45 levs.

The BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose 0.28% to 670.87 points, supported by a 5.15% increase in shares of Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:SFI].

The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded stocks on the Sofia Stock Exchange, edged up 0.06% to 140.24 points on Thursday, while the BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment companies, closed unchanged at 164.30 points.

Total turnover in the main BSE market reached 28.7 million lev ($ 16.7 million / 14.8 million euros) on Thursday, from 26.7 million lev on Wednesday.
